Love it but...help out please

Got the fridge 2 weeks ago have now just got around to installing it.
Running sweet nice and cold.
Easy to install
I have it plugged into the 12v of car but will be putting it onto and Anderson plug
BUT.... can you have it plugged it and can I turn it off is that possible.
Have been reading the instructions (yes a male reading instructions) it said on then on/off but I can't figfer out how to turn it off.

Yeah a great idea and works well just not happy with the way it arrived it had Cleary not been handled very well in transport plastic clips were broken and other plastics were damaged
