DANA TRACK CORRECTION KITS

FIX THE LIFTED REAR AXLE OFFSET

Dana is the brand behind the rear differential track correction kits fitted to lifted 70 Series vehicles. When a 70 Series gets a suspension lift, the rear axle shifts off centre because of the geometry change, leaving the rear wheels out of alignment with the front and causing the wagon to crab slightly down the road. A Dana track correction kit relocates the rear diff to bring the axle back to centre, restoring proper alignment and fixing the uneven tyre wear that comes with an offset rear end. For owners running a lift on a 76 Wagon or 79 ute, the Dana kit is the proper fix.

FULL BOLT-ON KIT WITH NEW TAILSHAFT

Each Dana kit is a complete bolt-on solution that includes the relocated differential centre, a new matched tailshaft sized for the corrected position, and the hardware needed for installation. The kit eliminates the need for custom fabrication or axle modifications. Build quality is rated for the loads a 70 Series puts through the rear axle when towing heavy or carrying a full touring setup. Installation is a workshop job that requires proper jacking, axle support, and a wheel alignment afterwards to set the geometry correctly.

The 78 Troop Carrier uses different rear axle geometry and is not covered by the Dana 76/79 kits.
